Moved all remaining creature mesh changes to the new Monster Mash update.

Made all the costume changes an optional plugin within the main installer.

Added more decoration to the interior of the castle.

Currently he explains his situation and the player has a choice to accept his request or not which leads to either the follower dialogue becoming available or him going to the Winking Skeever and waiting for you to change your mind

Early implementation of the Katsenberg quest - He is now waiting for the player outside the castle and has new dialogue upon first meeting him.

For reference, it still has 2 esps, one for explore, one for combat for customization.

Readded the EHO-style music add-on since I didn't have time to remake in plugin-less like the main music add-on.

Removed the AE content required as masters from COTN Falkreath, Dawnstar, and Morthal patches.

Will probably have to update my patches - let me know.

Fixed pumpkins not disabling with the spell - let me know if you find any more that don't turn off.

Made changes to the evil clowns - Poke the clown, and it'll move to a new location.

Added more decor outside Solitude and Riften as well as inside Riften.

Added a Jason Voorhees stalker - turned off by default - use Halloween Options spell to enable him.

Couldn't find a way to detect if the NPC was wearing a mask, tried multiple conditions (any ideas?), so both options are always present.

Added dialogue options to add/remove a mask to help NPCs get in the spirit a bit - Will NOT work on EVERY NPC (guards and ghost are excluded entirely), enemies obviously won't want to talk though a calm spell may work, NPCs with quest dialogue will most likely not list the topics either.

Added a patch for Palaces and Castles Enhanced.
